ON-LINE REGISTRATION

To register for the Conference please fill in the online Registration Form.
Please pay attention to the correct and complete filling in of the form and e-mail address.
The meeting is limited due to the venue capacity to 120 participants on a first come, first served basis upon registration.

While sending the registration payment please make sure to fill both the SPECIFIC (242511) and VARIABLE symbols correctly so that the payment can be paired up with your registration.

Upon receipt of the registration form, a confirmation of registration, login details to abstract submittion and payment information will be sent to the participants.
After receiving email confirmation of registration to the Conference, payment for registration must be made within 14 days.

The registration fee includes:

  • One abstract submission
  • Admission to all lecturers
  • Conference materials
  • Exhibition and posters
  • Attendance certificate (upon request)
  • Coffee breaks, social evening on November 24, 2021
PAYMENT DETAILS

Payments should be made during registration prior to the respective deadline by bank transfer to the bank account.
Please enter your surname and name in the message for the recipient.
Please make sure to fill both the variable and specific symbols correctly so that the payment is paired up with your registration. The invoice will be sent to you automatically upon receiving the payment by our bank.
Please be informed that registration is complete only after the fee payment.

CANCELATION FEES AND REFUNDS
  • Until September 30th, 2021 – 500 CZK administrative charge.
  • From October 1st, 2021 – 100 % from cancelled order.

The Conference Secretariat must be notified about the cancellation in written form via e-mail: zuzana@vialain.com and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed back. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
